The views from the riverside are fine, especially during the evening with a beautiful ambiance. The breakfast selection had a good variety, but choices seemed limited on weekdays. While the bathroom showed signs of wear, staff members were very courteous and accommodating. A few additional notes, the river view from my room was partly obstructed, disappointing. A bit more effort in the bathroom upkeep would enhance the experience. And it would be nice to see higher-quality furnishings in some areas.

Decent staff, amazing views by the lake, everything is great. The rooms are exceptional and modern, with an electric kettle, an air conditioning and a personal safe.

Its location was excellent and absolutely perfect, to Chinatown, and in an amazing area. Riverside district was worth visiting. The breakfast was wonderful, featured plenty of meals.

Try the on-site convenience store for snacks and drinks, especially late at night when nearby places may be closed.

The hotel was nicely decorated and fairly clean with outstanding views by the lake. The venue's location was fantastic, adjacent to mall and skytrain, Thailand normal good service and the airport way past checkout. We ate in the Thara Thong restaurant, appetising food with top-notch service...

our elegant room was good-sized, had tons of space. the views by the lake were outstanding. location: the hotel was near to the center, many tourist sites and the iconsiam shopping mall. the top-notch service and the attention to detail!

The riverside views are quite excellent from the balcony, giving it a nice touch. The spacious layout of the room allows for comfortable movement and relaxation.

The hotel still feels unfinished with multiple features lacking attention, like paint stains on furniture and a dirty hallway carpet.

Staying for 5 nights while visiting local attractions was a great decision. The Superior River View room offered a fantastic sight of the river as I watched boats pass by right from my bed. The breakfast had an impressive variety daily, and I appreciated the selection of hot foods that changed each day. The pool area was leisurely, though I wished for more shaded spots. It.

The breakfast buffet hit the mark, and the gala dinner was superbly served by a fantastic staff. Happy Hour cocktails were a good surprise. The spa services were rejuvenating this spot a nice retreat. Highly recommend trying the a la carte menu for dinner!

The lobby's air-conditioning creates moisture issues on the couches!!! A free shuttle to ICONSIAM would be a logical improvement who can't walk the distance!!!

The staff cleaned the room daily, keeping everything in order. Breakfast was good, though it didn't stand out much. I found the on-site convenience store to be helpful. One evening, I took a short walk to the nearby shopping area, enjoyable. I felt welcomed and appreciated the staff's friendliness.

Room had a great river view and spacious layout. The cold pool made it hard to enjoy swimming.

the shower needed some deep cleaning , but the staff were super friendly and very helpful during my stay. location was great for sightseeing and the river view was amazing ! loved the pool area too.
